Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit on any gift boxes due to the nature of our products and the care and attention taken to assemble your gift. 

 

However, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you make an error when completing your online purchase (ie: incorrect product selection or delivery date), we can correct this if notified before your gift is assembled/delivered. We ask that you take time to review all options thoroughly when completing your purchase and make every effort to ensure your selections are appropriate for your recipient.

 

If there is an error or concern with your gift box after it has been delivered, please notify us at hello@oceansidegifbox.ca within 48 hours of delivery. We wish to make every effort to ensure your gift box experience is amazing!
