We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit on any gift boxes due to the nature of our products and the care and attention taken to assemble your gift.

However, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you make an error when completing your online purchase (ie: incorrect product selection or delivery date), we can correct this if notified before your gift is assembled/delivered, or within 24 hours of purchase. We ask that you take time to review all options thoroughly when completing your purchase and make every effort to ensure your selections are appropriate for your recipient.

If there is an error or concern with your gift box after it has been delivered, please notify us at hello@oceansidegifbox.ca within 48 hours of delivery. We wish to make every effort to ensure your gift box experience is amazing!

We are currently offering local delivery in Oceanside from Bowser to Nanoose Bay for a $5.00 fee per order. Our gifts are made to order and are ready to go within two (2) business days following the completion of your order. We will make every attempt to leave gift boxes in a protected area near the front door.

If you require same day delivery, specific future delivery date or have specific delivery instructions, please reach out to us at hello@oceansidegiftbox.ca or include it in the "notes" section of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate. We will contact you to confirm special requests.

Shipping is not available at this time but we hope to offer Canada wide shipping in the near future. Follow along with our growth on social media to be the first to know when Canada-wide shipping is available.

Each of our gift boxes is packed with care and intention. Products are arranged tastefully and nestled in teal crinkle paper, before being wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with our branded sticker. A custom handwritten sentiment is included in all of our boxes on 5x7" cardstock paper in a Kraft envelope with the recipient’s name written on the outside of the envelope. The box is then wrapped in a coloured organza ribbon with our business card attached.
